Kassandra has created a special routine that intergrates elements of Kripalu and Power Vinyasa into a strong, energetic flow practice which will be challenging and fun for the adventurous student.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

This style of yoga is fast-paced and is designed to build strength and flexibility. Open to intermediate and advanced students.
(*Students must be familiar with sun salutations and have a strong foundation in the basics of yoga.)

Class Description:

Strong, vigorous Vinyasa (Flow) practice that combines breath with the continuous flow of postures that creates a high-heat, high-energy workout.  This class is designed to sculpt your body, build strength and improve flexibility. The class will inspire you to tap into your deepest potential and reveal your optimum fitness. Recommended for those who seek a challenging physical workout as a vehicle for mental and spiritual development.
Be prepared to sweat!

Power Yoga

This style of yoga based on the ancient technique known as Ashtanga Vinyasa.  Experience this energizing class with poses that encourage alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, cardiovascular endurance and overall physical performance. Leave the class with inner calmness and spiritual awareness.

Student Guidelines:

  • Arrive ten minutes early (*First class).
  • Bring your own yoga mat.
  • Please take off your shoes before entering the studio.
  • Bring a water bottle and a towel.
  • Wear comfortable exercise clothing.
  • Practice yoga on an empty stomach.
  • Drink plenty of water before class.
  • Please TURN OFF cell phones.
  • Always inform the instructor of any injuries or physical limitations you have that may affect your ability to participate fully in the class.
