Class Descriptions
Power Vinyasa
Is a strong,
vigorous Vinyasa (Flow) practice that combines breath with the
continuous flow of postures that creates a high-heat, high-energy
workout. This class is designed to sculpt your body, build strength
and improve flexibility. The class will inspire you to tap into
your deepest potential and reveal your optimum fitness. Recommended for those who seek a challenging physical
workout as a vehicle for mental and spiritual development. Be prepared to sweat!
Rhythmic Flow
Takes dynamic yoga to a deeper level by integrating rhythmic
breathing with conscious movement. As in all physical yoga, you will increase
in strength and flexibility - and by uniting body and breath, you'll learn to
move from moment to moment with absolute awareness. Accompanied by soothing rhythmic music for a rejuvenating and
balancing effect to start your day.
Hatha Flow
Venessa takes a creative blend of yoga styles based on her background experience and combines them by integrating breath with conscious movement. The class helps to build strength and increase flexibility.
