Private yoga sessions and yoga parties are an extremely useful and easy alternative to traditional group classes. Whether you are new to yoga and want to learn the basics at your own pace with one-on-one instruction or are too busy to make it to yoga class regularly. Venessa can make arrangements for home instruction or for small groups at Rosemary Courtthat are available at select times. Classes can range from relaxing, gentle yoga, to vigorous strength-building yoga sessions.
