My
students and I are committed to the practice of Vinyasa Yoga (also
known as Flow or Power Yoga). Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga,
which uses a series of postures to exercise the whole body, while
paying particular attention to the breath. This is designed to
intensify internal heat and detoxify and cleanse the body of all
impurities. It also offers a stimulating workout for building
strength, flexibility, and endurance for students at any level of
ability (whether you are a beginner or advanced). Vinyasa does not
follow a set series of poses like some other styles of yoga, so each class is
different from the next. Join our classes and rejuvenate your
body, mind and soul!
